PolCoRe member Jaroslav Švelch was a featured speaker at the annual International Comics and Games Festival, which took place in Łódź, Poland, on October 3-4. In his talk “Indiana Jones Saves Prague: The wonders of 1980s computer games in Czechoslovakia”, he spoke about 1980s activist computer games made to protest the Czechoslovak Communist regime, while also giving more recent examples of activist computer games.
